  1. Christ, that’s such bullshit. It’s an idotic fallacy — just because something is volunteer work, that doesn’t mean it’s immune to criticism by some kind of a divine edict, particularly if it happens to be important volunteer work that’s handled shoddily. Sure, you need to be reasonable in what you demand from volunteers, but if — just to pick a random and somewhat exaggarated example — someone’s a volunteer worker handling the Katrina disaster’s aftermath and instead of actually doing his best to help people he goes around complaining about lazy niggers, the idea that you can’t criticize that without taking on his job is just fucking stupid.

Clearly, more unreasonable violence is required to set dumbasses like this straight. Really, it never ceases to amaze me how many of these problems could be solved with the proper, excessive application of good, old-fashioned fisticuffs.

  2. Oh! Welcome to the discussion, dearest Mikki! Apply yourself, and I shall make it my work to feed your discursive bloodlust with more Madness From Our World.

I shall attend Ropecon this year, and I hope to meet you there.
